What is TRL?
Touch Rugby League is a dynamic, non-contact version of Rugby League that keeps the pace high and skills sharp. Unlike touch, TRL incorporates kicking and traditional play-of-the-ball, and removes frustrating tactics like the quick ‘dump and runs’. The result? A smoother, faster, more social game.
