Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a Client Sales Representative to join the sales team in Townsville. This role involves working with clubs, teams, schools and associations to help design their apparel as well as correlate orders. This isn't a cold-calling role.

This role works heavily with CorelDraw graphic design software, no prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This position is open to candidates at all levels of experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

• Greet customers at reception
• Organise pickup orders
• Receive phone calls

Manage Client Relations:

• Maintain great relationships with clients
• Service clients needs promptly

Computer Skills/Graphics:

• Use computer to send emails
• Use computer to organise files
• Learn graphic design on CorelDraw - full training provided, no experience required

General:

• Contribute to friendly team environment
• Develop great working relationships with peers
• Communicate with supervisor daily regarding progress and status of orders
• Communicate with logistics manager in head office

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic level computer experience (graphic experience not required)
• Confidence to receive and make phone calls
• Confidence in face-to-face customer service
• Attention to detail and pride in work
• Neat and tidy workspace
• Driver’s licence
• An interest in sports and sports design.
